
Bacon & Avocado Cheeseburgers 
- 1 lb round meat
- 1 lb of bacon
- 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
- kosher salt
- red pepper flakes
- sliced avocado
- sliced cheddar cheese
- mayo
- kaiser rolls
- olive oil
Cook bacon in a pan on medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Next, combine ground meat and teriyaki with salt and red pepper to taste. Mold into patties - use the kaiser rolls for a size reference. Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat with oil. Cook 3-4 mins on each side or until desired temp. During the last minute, place sliced cheddar cheese to melt. Remove patties, turn the heat down to medium, and place rolls on the grill pan to toast - about 1 min on each side. Remove and rolls and add burger with cheese and top with avocado, bacon, and mayo.
